Duties & Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image
- Digital Marketing: Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing initiatives
- Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors
- Lead Generation: Develop and manage lead generation campaigns
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance
- Public Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with relevant media, influencers, and industry organisations
- Event Management: Plan and oversee participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
