Eight in ten (79%) employers stated
that they had little (46%) or no (33%)
capacity to take on more work without
creating more jobs.
One third (32%) of employers who recruit temporary agency workers anticipate skills shortages for temporary roles. Engineering & Technical skills are thought to be most in demand.
87% of employers planned to hold or increase their permanent headcount over the next quarter and 86% intended to do so in the medium term.
