Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney are working with a world leading scientific business to recruit a temporary Purchasing Administrator to join their successful organisation. This role is urgent and to start ASAP next week.
Responsibilities include working within a small team to ensure all purchasing requirements are met including researching suppliers, processing orders, and managing deliveries to support the R&D teams.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of purchasing & a basic understanding of finance systems
- Proven experience using a facilities web-based maintenance tracking system
This is a full time, temporary position offering an hourly pay rate of £12 plus holiday pay.
The working hours are 37.5 per week and flexible working hours are offered between 8.00am to 4.00pm / 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, to be agreed with the Line Manager.
