Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney are working with a world leading scientific business to recruit a temporary Office Administrator to join their successful organisation. This assignment is to start ASAP this week and will last approximately 2 - 4 weeks.
This is a varied role within a small team and will involve processing orders, managing deliveries to support the R&D teams and providing general office administrative support to a lively team and assisting the Facilities Manager as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Place all orders from authorised purchase requisitions
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure the timely receipt of all goods
- Track receipt of goods delivered
- Manage all deliveries ensuring they are dealt with correctly and efficiently
- Manage the incoming and outgoing post and couriers, ensuring that all documents are distributed to the appropriate individuals
The working hours are 37.5 per week, 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and this is a 100% office based role.
