Our client, a successful, friendly and long established client law firm based in Witney, is seeking a temporary Legal Secretary to start immediately for a period of 4 weeks.
The hourly pay rate is £13 to £15 plus holiday pay. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 37 hrs week, 9.00-5.30pm.
Key responsibilities :
- Secretarial/PA support
- Extensive touch typing and audio typing of specialist documents
- Answering and managing a range of telephone enquiries
- Client liaison
- Diary Management
- General office administration as required
The role will ideally suit a professional Legal Secretary/PA with excellent administration, audio/copy typing, client liaison skills and and an excellent telephone manner.
Previous experience within conveyancing is an advantage but not essential.
Previous legal secretarial experience is required.
