Job Description

We are looking for a Work From Home,  Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis.  You will be contracting for our client, a successful, niche Insurance Broker.

This is a great short term opportunity to work Monday to Friday from the comfort of your own home.  The hourly rate is £12.00 per hour plus holiday pay,

Duties Include:

  • Taking inbound claim calls from customers
  • Register the call on to the database
  • Answer queries where possible but mainly arrange a call back from an appropriate Claims Handler

Requirements:

  • Ideally experience in the Insurance industry
  • Have access to an appropriate work space, laptop and telephone
  • Reliable and confident to work with little supervision after initial training
