Job Description

Telemarketing Team Manager needed to help build and develop a telemarketing team. Excellent opportunity to develop as the company and team grows.


  • Initially hands-on Telemarketing working towards building a Team and providing coaching and supervision of their daily workload
  • Develop new relationships with potential clients using proven processes and techniques to understand each of their specific business requirements
  • Build warm data and qualify leads
  • Generate new customer and client prospects
  • Take operational responsibility for the delivery of all people KPI’s
  • Lead and mentor direct reports through regular feedback, coaching and performance reviews as appropriate in line
  • Lead by example with a positive approach to key changes across the business
  • Flexible team player, always taking a positive approach to an ever changing business and professional environment
  • Effective communicator
  • Trustworthy at all levels and efficient
  • Support marketing activities and develop resulting opportunities


  • Proven success in a previous New Business role
  • Ideally experience supervising a New Business or Telemarketing team
  • Experience in a start-up sales environment would be an advantage

Central London based role offering a salary on £26,000 to £30,000 baisic OTE £35,000
