Anne Jagger Recruitment is working with a leading and prestigious training provider. We are seeking a permanent full time Sales Executive with a high degree of personal integrity, accountability, ownership and focus to join this successful organisation.
- Face to Face Sales – Primarily conduct tours for the academy, presenting to a variety of group numbers, of all potential clients at our European Information Sessions and Academy Open Days.
- Lead Generation – Ensure all leads are followed up promptly and managed effectively, ensuring that majority of time spent is on converting all leads into applications for future courses.
- Administration – Record all sales related activities into the CRM system, Salesforce and to ensure compliance and accurate data capture, for analysis of sales trends to pinpoint and build future sales strategy and performance criteria.
We are looking for a candidate with positive attitude who is motivated, inspirational and fun with good listening and communication skills.
The salary being offered is competitive and our client also offers excellent benefits including, company pension contribution of 6% of basic annual salary (auto enrolled after 3 months service), minimum employee contribution of 3%, 25 days holiday + 8 public holidays, Life Assurance of 2 times basic annual salary.
