Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney is working with a well establish, manufacturing business based in Carterton. We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join and to support their busy sales team.
The key requirements and responsibilities will include:
- General office administration and assisting, when required, with any other aspect of the day to day business.
- Ensuring a high level of customer care at all times.
- Sales order processing – raising dispatch notes, invoices and credit notes for out UK & International clients.
- Assisting with all enquiries.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, plus great attention to detail will be essential and experience of Sage or Exchequer software would be a particular advantage.
- Ability to work quickly and under pressure
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised person who is looking for a long term career.
This is a full time, permanent role. The working hours are 37.5 per week based on 9am to 5.30pm. A competitive salary is offered along with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and all working days between Christmas and new Year.
