Job Description

Anne Jagger Recruitment are currently recruiting for a permanent Purchasing Assistant to join a friendly and expanding business within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Arrange special bid pricing from vendors
  • Supporting sales including updating details in a CRM

  • Maintaining software and warranties database

  • Helping with contract renewals


Our client is seeking:

  • A motivated and organised individual, with a flexible approach to work and 'can do' attitude.
  • An excellent communicator, with a clear and confident telephone manner, and a good working knowledge of systems, including Excel.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with good numerical skills


This is a full time position working 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, for a friendly IT company, based 3 miles outside of Witney and offering a salary of £18,000 to £22,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
