Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney is working with a growing and reputable Sales and Lettings business who are currently recruiting for a Property Manager/Senior Property Manager.  Due to current expansion by our client, this will be an exciting time to join and help shape their future and share in their success.

The Property Manager role will be primarily based in Witney with occasional visits to other branches.

This role is varied and interesting and requires someone with confidence and self-motivation. It requires you to have strong sales and listening skills, be tactful and articulate and most importantly to have the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities/Skills Required:

  • Strong customer service experience is essential.
  • Lettings and/or property knowledge is desirable but not essential.
  • Driven and motivated as future progression with the property team is available.
  • Articulate and well-presented.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Dealing with enquiries over the telephone.
  • Registering tenant details on to the database.
  • Completion of tenancy agreements and maintenance contracts so attention to detail is essential.

This permanent role offers a basic salary of up to £33,000 depending on skills and experience with very competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) of at least £30,000 per annum.

There is also the opportunity to join the company shareholder profit related bonus scheme (after qualifying period).  This bonus is paid annually and is offered to all team members.

The hours of work will be 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. This role involves visiting customers or properties and for this reason, a driving licence is essential.
