Our client, a primary school based in West London is seeking a Part Time School Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.
This is a term time role working 8.15am to 4.15pm 3 days per week with the opportunity to work 4 days every other week. Offering an hourly rate of £12.00 per hour plus holiday pay this role is ideal for candidates looking for part time employment in a position that offers both variety and interest.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support

Manage data and information including creating and running reports

Provide operational day to day support

Operate school information management systems

Organise meetings

Assist with marketing and promotion of the school

Manage the administration of facilities
Required Skills & Experience:

Administration experience

Experience in the education sector preferred

Strong computer literacy, including MS Office

Knowledge of MIS such a SIMS ideal but not essential
