Job Description

Our client a Retailer in the Art industry is seeking a Part Time Office Administrator. The company operates successfully through a network of worldwide shops and online.

The successful candidate will work as an integral part of the office/ personnel function with the key aim of ensuring that the office is a welcoming environment for the team and any visitors.

The role is to work 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday) and offers a salary of £25,000 pro rata.  This position is an office based role based in Camden. 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with external contractors, and key stakeholders, ensuring that suppliers are providing respective services on time and as agreed.
  • Main internal & external point of contact for enquiries regarding the offices and its functioning
  • Fielding any inbound calls to the appropriate office team member
  • Diary Management & Meeting room booking where applicable
  • Event planning
  • Assistant HR team
  • Admin support the Health & Safety & Facilities functions

Desired Knowledge Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years previous office administration/management experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Professional /Friendly demeanour with a Positive 'can-do' attitude.

• Business focussed with the ability to work well in a team and interact in a confident, professional manner with Senior Management, office colleagues and retail personnel.

• Intermediate/Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Numeracy skills.

• Passionate & enthusiastic about art! An affinity with the Cass Art brand is a plus
