Job Description

Our client a Retailer in the Art industry is seeking a Part Time HR & Systems Administrator . The company operates successfully through a network of worldwide shops and online.

In this role you will work as an integral part of the company's people function- supporting with all HR related administration and HRIS coordination. You will need to be able to work in a timely manner, effectively supporting the Chief People Officer, the HR department, stores, and the wider business with day to day HR administration, (including contracts, store payroll and inductions), HRIS implementation and training as well as troubleshooting, maintenance, and communication.

The role is to work 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday) and offers a salary of £27,000 - £29,000 pro rata.  This is a hybrid opportunity based in Camden and working from home. 


  • Time & Attendance, Reporting, Risk Assessments and Payroll
  • Personnel Support & Administration, HR System & Database management and training
  • Dealing with HRIS related queries from employees, managers, prospective employees and third parties fielding them appropriately to the Chief People Officer
  • Liaising with the Chief People Officer re: payroll files to ensure that information provided is correct and within relevant payroll cut-off dates
  • Conduct maternity meetings/ parental meetings as advised by the Chief People Officer
  • Provision of new starter employee documentation as directed by the Chief People Officer
  • Administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and due diligence checks 
    in a timely manner
  • Updates to the company contact list and organisation chart, reflecting, any department changes, 
    leavers, position changes and promotions

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year previous HR administration/ Assistance experience 
  • CIPD qualified or working towards it (desirable)or equivalent HR related qualification
  • Previous experience working with HRIS and supporting with training and troubleshooting
  • Intermediate/Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (essential)
