Our client based in Ealing is seeking a part time Call Centre Sales Advisor to provide excellent level of customer service to existing and potential customers and build long lasting relationship with customers.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls
- Maintain in-depth service knowledge and understanding of products and services and the features and benefits in comparison to competitors, tailor quotations based on the customers’ requirements and upsell ancillary products
- Process deposits, communicate the customers’ requirements accurately and schedule follow up contact
- Ensure accurate enquiry information is stored on the central CRM system with comprehensive information regarding customer requirements
Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in a Call/Contact Centre environment
- Complaint handling experience will be advantageous
- Well organized and self- driven individual with demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively complete multiple tasks
This role offers a salary of £19,500 pro rata + uncapped commission plus attractive benefits. Hours are 25 to 30 hours per week Monday to Friday.
