Job Description

Our client a specialist in the Education sector is seeking an experienced and efficient office administrator to work 15 hours a week. This is an office based role paying £23,000 to £25000 pro rata.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing general enquiries to multiple inboxes
  • Update and maintain SharePoint
  • Preparation of correspondence/emails/presentations
  • Preparation of expenses/invoicing
  • HR administration processes

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in administration
  • Experienced with Microsoft suite
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • A dedicated and flexible team player
  • Ability to work to deadlines
