Anne Jagger Recruitment in Witney is working with a high-end IT organisation with stunning offices based in The Cotswolds. We are seeking a professional PA to support an Executive. Your goal will be help them achieve a balance across three different companies within their small group and with their mixed work priorities (a combination of regular meetings and complex creative projects).
You will be a trusted "right hand" with high levels of integrity, that can quickly build up a picture of the Executive's needs, requirements and relationships and to help manage these effectively.
- A wide range of diary and meeting management
- Organising of events
- Caretaking of office facilities as and when required
- Co-ordinating meeting times and liaising with staff based remotely to arrange these around various schedules.
- Conducting a range of logistical and research project tasks
- Be the first point of contact for the Executive and help to manage the balance between their work and personal affairs
This role would ideally suit a candidate who is extremely organised and a very efficient task manager with 1 to 2 years previous experience of PA fundamentals including calendar management, task management, administration, professional writing and phone skills . You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to converse with a variety of people with different skills and experience levels. It is vital that you are a self starter, able to set your own schedule and deal with times of both extreme business and quieter periods.
Previous experience of supporting a Manager who works remotely and is primarily based off site but having the ability to still manage all forms of communication efficiently and effectively is essential.
There will also be the requirement to travel to London on a monthly basis and due to the rural setting of the Cotswold offices, it is essential to have a full driving licence and your own transport.
The annual salary for this permanent position is up to £28,000 depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are either 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm with an hour lunch break Monday to Friday and flexibility regarding working remotely and from the office is available.
