Our client is a successful, global furniture retailer. The organisation provides high quality, traditional and modern furniture which is built to last. Due to recent continued business growth, we are recruiting a temporary to permanent Operations Executive to work at head office in North West London.
You will be operating as the link between the retailer and our client providing information, processing orders and dealing with any issues up to receipt of goods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Order Processing – all accounts including Export and Amazon FBA
- Dispatch Reports – Nationals
- Flagging Overdue Orders
- Delivery & Invoice Queries from all retailers
- Website Fraud Checks
- Orders Inbox – reseller queries
- Order Cancellations, Pricing Changes and Delivery Claims Process
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent and precise communication skills both spoken and written
- Attention to Detail
- Good negotiation skills
- Proficient computer skills
This is a fabulous temporary to permanent opportunity within a prestigious international organisation.
This position is offering an hourly rate of £10 and a permanent salary of up to £22,000 depending on skills and experience.
