Based in Central London our client is a market leader in home furnishings and bedding. We are seeking Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for customer queries. Queries will be via telephone, email, webchat and social media. The main responsibility will be to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Due to growth, we are recruiting for multiple vacancies with an immediate start. This role will ideally suit candidates from the customer service industry.
This is a temporary top permanent opportunity and the role will pay £10 per hour + holiday pay and bonus on a temporary basis and a salary of up to £20,000 will be offered on a permanent basis.
- Handling a large volume of costumer calls, emails and online chat requests.
- Upselling the business.
- Processing orders.
- Answer all queries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Process enquiries and enter all details to bespoke system.
- Opportunities to work with website and social media
There will be occasional opportunities to work from home due to the opening hours being 12 hours per day. Excellent benefits include bonus when upselling, new luxurious offices and growth within the business.
