Office Manager (6-Month Temporary, £30,000 p.a.)

Location: Central London (near Bond Street)

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Contract: 6-Month Temporary (with potential for permanent role)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Office Manager to join our team at a prestigious serviced office building in Central London, near Bond Street. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and office management to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The position is initially offered as a 6-month temporary contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

                                 Reception Management: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

                                 Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail efficiently, as well as coordinate meeting room bookings and set-ups.

                                 Office Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reception area, maintain office supplies, and liaise with vendors and service providers.

                                 Client Services: Assist in managing client requests and resolving any issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

                                 Facility Oversight: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and well-presented at all times.

About You:

                                 Experience: Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or office management role, ideally within a serviced office, co-working space, or hospitality environment.

                                 Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.

                                 Proactive Attitude: A self-starter who can anticipate needs and work independently, ensuring smooth office operations.

                                 Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and booking systems).
