Our Cotswold based client is looking for an Office Administrator to join a small, professional and friendly team and business. Ideal candidates will have previous office administration experience with excellent attention to detail. This is a temporary to permanent role and would suit candidates with excellent data entry/order processing skills.
The main duties of the role will be to provide client liaison and clinical support services by arranging and co-ordinating client appointments, co-ordinating clinical activities for the occupational health professional and assisting with the completion of client medical records and other correspondence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• All clinical cases are entered in online diary with appropriate future action date
• Online diary is actioned daily, and cases requiring action identified
• Chase outstanding documents/information - e.g. GP reports, employee consent forms
• Post is accurately circulated to the correct recipient with appropriate supporting documentation
• Post is actioned in a timely manner
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent administration and data entry skills
- Previous experience of CRM systems and/or Sage an advantage
This role is working within a small team in a professional services environment and dealing with medical and sensitive information, therefore articulate communication skills and the utmost confidentiality are essential. Previous experience within a medical setting would be an advantage but is not essential.
This is a full time opportunity working 9am to 5pm with 30 minutes lunch and offering a temporary hourly rate of £11 to £12.50 per hour and a permanent salary of £22,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
