Our client is a well-established creative material supplier based in Camden. Due to growth they are seeking a Multi-Channel Customer Service Executive to work as part of the eCommerce team. The successful candidate will ensure the customer is at the heart of everything they do, that all customers they interact with are very satisfied and impressed with the service and advice they offer and that sales opportunities are instinctively capitalised upon.
- Answer customer emails and phone calls
- Understanding customers’ requirements to engage the customer
- Maintaining and develop relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Log all customer queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Ad-hoc customer/delivery/eCommerce analysis
Desired personal attributes:
- Customer service skills and a passion for providing the best customer service (ideally from a multi-channel retail environment)
- Excellent sales and organisation skills
- Strong administration skills, fluent in English with a professional telephone manner and confident in working with email communications.
- Proactive, motivated, self-starter able to work autonomously and also in a team environment.
This role has become vacant due to growth and would ideally suit a candidate from the eCommerce industry. The role will pay £20-£21k per annum.
