Our client, a successful, friendly and Independent client law firm based in West Oxfordshire, is seeking a highly professional temporary Legal Secretary to join their expanding, small, friendly and busy team.
Key responsibilities :
- Secretarial/PA support to the fee earners
- Extensive touch typing and audio typing of specialist documents
- Answering and managing a range of telephone enquiries
- Client liaison
- Diary Management
- General office administration as required
The role will ideally suit a professional Legal Secretary/PA with excellent administration, audio/copy typing, client liaison skills and and an excellent telephone manner. Previous experience within a legal practice is an advantage but not essential. Previous experience of dictation and producing documents with a high level of attention to detail is required.
Our client is seeking an individual who can display a level headed and positive approach to their daily tasks and who is keen to become an important part of the business and build strong relationships with their large range of clients.
This is a full time temporary position and working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is between £11.50 and £12.50 per hour plus holiday pay dependent on skills and experience.
Due to the rural setting of our client, it is essential to have your own transport.
