Our client, a successful, friendly and award winning law firm based in stunning, rural offices in West Oxfordshire, is seeking a permanent Legal Cashier to join their expanding and busy team.
The role will ideally suit a professional with some experience of billing, credit control and an overview of legal cashiering functions is preferred, although we welcome applications from individuals with a general accounts background or demonstrable interest in becoming a Legal Cashier.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 37 hrs week, 9.00-5.30pm. Benefits include private health care. Salary range of £23,000-£27,000 dependent on experience.
Key responsibilities:

- Helping process the firm’s billing
- Producing statements of account for clients
- Credit control & taking card payments
- Ensuring disbursements are captured and billed accurately and correct VAT applied
- Purchase ledger
- Dealing with ledger queries
- Knowledge of Excel is required
- Willingness to undertake formal ILFM professional qualifications is essential
