Our Croyden based client is seeking an experienced HR Co-ordinator to cover for up to 6 weeks. We are looking for candidates with a CIPD qualification and experience of managing investigations.
This is a temporary office based role offering a rate of £17.40 per hour plus holiday pay.
Duties include:
- Perform administrative tasks necessary to support the day to day activities of the department
- Manage HR related investigation process
- Maintain an accurate system on all matters relating to Human Resources through digital files
- Administer and align HR related administration with GDPR, e.g. contracts, letters, benefits schemes, reports, etc.
- Liaising with a variety of personnel when required; issuing and tracking all new hire and leaver paperwork; diarising probation review and pension dates and completing end of probation documentation, salary increase, changes to working patterns, flexible working applications, termination, redeployment etc.
Required Skills & Experience:
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience of managing investigations
- Experience in a similar role
- Genuine caring and friendly attitude
