We are seeking a talented Head of Customer Service to build, scale and inspire a premier customer experience. You will be responsible for creating and driving the strategic roadmap through this exciting period of growth.
- Continuously refine and improve the end-to-end customer journey
- Build the most seamless, automated and self-serving customer journey possible
- Recruit, develop and manage an excellent Customer Experience team
- Create a fantastic working environment that drives exceptional results
- Manage the day-to-day Customer Experience team by focussing on key metrics
- Source and manage the implementation of cutting edge technology and systems
- Responsible for delivering projects that drive operational improvements
- Managing key third party supplier relationships
This role would ideally suit a visionary, experienced in scaling a high-volume company in a customer support setting. You must have experience of implementing new products and procedures and have excellent team management skills. Knowledge of the energy sector would be beneficial.
Based in Moorgate, the annual salary for this permanent position is around £65k - £70k depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are standard Monday to Friday; however flexibility may be required during busy periods.
