Job Description

Anne Jagger Recruitment is working with a leading and prestigious training provider. We are seeking a permanent full time Graduate Services Advisor with an extensive customer services background and a passion for service delivery and promoting a strong customer experience within this organisation.

 

Key Requirements:

  • This is a key role within the organization and forms part of the customer offering that our client's business provides its newly qualified students; by preparing them for the next part of their journey in becoming a world class pilot.
     
  • Liaises with the Airline Resourcing Partner to fill all vacancies that our client's partner airlines are offering whether they are airline or office-based roles, maintaining the high calibre of standards associated with the business's trained cadets.
     
  • Conduct CV writing, interview techniques and skills workshops for those students preparing in advance for any / all airline assessment days to ensure greater uptake and success
     
  • Establish strong, professional relationships with the students so as to identify capability and aptitude for up and coming airline assessments / interviews and provide up to date and relevant career advice for students
     
  • Market all airline assessment days to current student and the graduate hold pool candidates
  • Attend industry led- exhibitions / seminars / open days / events to promote the company's Graduate Services product
  • Potentially travel to other company site locations and fulfil Graduate Services duties in other sites.
     

This role would ideally suit a professional individual who is a decisive thinker, decision maker and able to challenge superiors in professional manner whilst being a proactive and reactive problem solver with focus on resolution within tight time constraints.

Experience in airline recruitment and assessments /or flight training organization is desirable.

Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential and fluency in a relevant second language would be advantageous. 

The salary being offered is competitive and our client also offers excellent benefits including, company pension contribution of 6% of basic annual salary (auto enrolled after 3 months service), minimum employee contribution of 3%, 25 days holiday + 8 public holidays, Life Assurance of 2 times basic annual salary.
