E-Commerce Customer Service Support
£18-25k per annum
Temporary to Permanent
Our client an exciting ecommerce start up require a full-time e-commerce customer service support, who is willing to take responsibility and is able to meet their daily targets. You should be able to work and communicate effectively to deliver against the company's key performance indicators.
The candidate needs to be dynamic, hard-working and passionate about e-commerce and customer service. Self-motivation and good communication skills are essential.
- Answering customer calls to deal with queries, advise on suitable products, check delivery information and general questions.
- Responding to customer messages from eBay, Amazon, and our eCommerce channels (Zen Desk) in a timely manner.
- Liaise with delivery companies, investigate delivery and return issues.
- Ensuring Amazon A-Z cases, eBay resolution center disputes and PayPal cases are responded promptly and precisely.
- Processing customer returns.
- Communicating with customers to ensure we receive positive feedback on all of our e-commerce channels and ensuring our high feedback score is maintained.
- Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure all orders are shipped out on time.
- General office support to ensure customer orders are received and processed smoothly
- Experience using Zendesk
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, articulate with good spelling and grammar.
- Good management skills, with excellent attention to details and well organized.
- Ability to work well as part of a team as well as using initiative.
- The ability to work quickly & accurately and pay attention to details.
- Flexibility to increase workload in very busy times
