Anne Jagger Recruitment is working with an International Charity serving Christians around the world who face persecution because of their faith. We are seeking a permanent Donations Administrator to assist in the processing of supporter gifts and maintaining a professional service with supporters requesting information and resources.
The role will involve delivering a timely and effective service to both existing and potential supporters of the charity to ensure a positive Supporter experience. The post holder will, as part of the finance directorate, assist in all the tasks associated with the processing of supporter gifts and maintain effective contact with supporters who request information and resources.
- Accurate entry of contact details onto a database
- Updating and regular maintenance of supporter records
- Assist in the processing and administration of Gift Aid declarations
- To liaise with Supporter Finance Colleagues and other departments where necessary
This role would suit a candidate with a strong administrative background within a detailed led position. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with a cross section of people is essential.
Educated to A Level or equivalent and the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage workload to meet time deadlines.
The salary for this full-time permanent position will be £19,000 to £20,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
The working hours are 37.5 hour week and can be offered on a flexi-time basis.

Because of the essential Christian context in which the role will be performed, the role is subject to an occupational requirement under the Equality Act that the post-holder be a practising Christian.
Each working day will involve collective prayer and worship, together with shared reflections on the work of Jesus Christ. All members of staff at Open Doors are expected to actively participate in this shared time and members of staff take it in turns to lead the act of collective worship.
