Anne Jagger Recruitment is working with a Fintech start-up company based in Mayfair. We are seeking a permanent Customer Support Team Leader to join this growing organisation. The main duties will be to take escalated calls, complaints and queries from the team but to also act as an intermediary to the operations department.
- Scheduling staff hours for rota’s and peak periods
- Deliver product training where appropriate
- Implement change and ensure the team respond effectively
- Lead a team of 8 agents, growing to 15.
- Monitor calls and provide feedback where appropriate
- Regular contact with the product and design team
- Assist in recruitment for the support team
- 1-2-1’s, disciplinaries, appraisals, KPI setting, reviews
- Lead by example
This is a full-time role including shift work and including occasional weekends. It is essential the right candidate comes from a contact centre team leader environment. Salary is around £24k depending on experience but with opportunity for negotiation. There is an excellent opportunity for progression and promotion from within.
