Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with a training company specialising in public services and health and safety training. We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join a small, friendly team. You will be responsible for dealing with all incoming sales enquiries from both existing and new clients. Following the sales process through to successful completion ensuring the provision of excellent customer service throughout.
Key Requirements:
- Liaise with existing and new customer enquiries in a business to business environment
- Deal with all inbound enquiries
- Provide advice to customers on suitability of courses
- Take financial responsibility for ensuring prices quoted are in accordance with policy
- Contribute to decisions about marketing and sales strategies
- Log booking forms and take control of main e mail inbox
- Liaise with course tutors and facilitators
- Produce sales reports and follow up calls
- Ensure a constant high level of confidentiality
- Ensure a constant high level of customer care
This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous sales experience in public services or highways. You must be self-motivated, hard working and show great attention to detail. Knowledge of the full Microsoft suite would be advantageous. A background in health & safety would be ideal but not essential.
Based in Southgate, the annual salary for this permanent position is around £24,000 - 28,000 plus bonus depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday; however flexibility may be required to work 1 earlier shift during the week starting at 7am.
