Customer Service Representative
Shifts over 7 days a week
Our client a leading online interior design client is looking for a customer service representative to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and autonomous problem solver.
• Communicating with thousands of customers - on the phone, by e-mail, live chat and on social media
• Ensuring that the company offers an outstanding buying service experience
• Updating the FAQs so that they are pleasing to the eye and error free
• Working closely with the product team, you will develop customer-focused solutions to all sorts of problems
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Friendly and natural communicator, using your personality to provide the best customer experience
• Ability to problem solve autonomously, utilising everything at your disposal to find the best solution
• Affinity for digital business models, you challenge the status quo and want to learn every single day
• Experience in digital customer service is a plus, but not necessary
