Job Description

Our client is a leading online gambling company based in Central London . Due to growth they are seeking a Customer Service Manager to work as part of the existing customer service team.

Key responsibilities:

Managing the existing customer service team

Maintain all legal and policy and procedural requirements

Deliver the highest standard of customer service by addressing our Customer’s issues and demonstrating our interest in them

Continuously assess team member development through clear goal setting, training plans, regular mentoring and performance reviews

Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation and continuously improve our processes

To be the escalation point for complaints and member contact as required and to analyse complaint and compliment trends and establish mechanisms for group-widelearning from feedback

Desired personal attributes:

A passion for providing high quality Customer Service and experiences, with a consistent track record of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction ratings and employee engagement scores

Proven track record of success and experience in a fast paced organisation, managing multiple priorities

The ability to role model leadership skills, demonstrate a customer focus and a desire to contribute to team and company goals

3+ years of experience in the management and leadership of a Customer Support Team

This role has become vacant due to the growing business with a multi-million-pound annual turnover and would ideally suit a candidate from the online trading background. The role will pay £30-35k per annum.
