We are working with a high growth online start-up based in West London. We are seeking Customer Care Agents to work in a small and friendly team where 60% of the management team are former interns. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing start-up with opportunities for progression.
• Handling all customer enquiries, queries and complaints while maximising customer satisfaction
• Contribute to CRM and customer engagement strategy
• Provide the team with insights into the voice of the customers
• Manage customer communication through different channels (Voice, Email, Chat, Social)
• Telephone campaigns to new and returning customers
• Various admin tasks as required by the business
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills
• Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Professional & confident phone manner and excellent problem solving ability
• Ability to effectively multi-task and handle multiple channels
• Ability to understand and work towards team and individual KPIs
• Go the extra mile to engage and please our customers

This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous customer care experience preferably with experience working in a start-up environment.
The company are looking for pay in the region of £18,500 depending on skills and previous experience.
