Our client, a Telecom business has significantly expanded its client base over the past 12 months. To assist with business growth, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for handling a variety of duties in an efficient manner and will ensure high standards are met.
Based in West London, one minute from a Central Line tube station. Salary is £21,000.00 to £25,000.00 depending on experience. This is a Monday to Friday role in a relaxed, friendly environment.
- Process and coordinate customer queries
- Provide excellent customer service by offering support and solutions to client requests via telephone and email
- Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner and escalate where appropriate
- Assist the Customer Service Manager as needed
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and prioritise work load
- Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in English
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Flexible attitude and a good team player
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Other languages are an advantage, but are not essential
