Our client a well know Online Retailer is looking for experienced Customer Service Advisor's to support them during a busy trading period. Initially the role will be temporary but there will be opportunities to apply for permanent positions. We require candidates with experience of dealing with customers both over the telephone and email using the Zendesk ticketing system.
- Dealing with customers enquiries via live chat, emails and telephone
- Processing Orders
- Arranging returns and dealing with returns queries
- Liaise with internal departments where necessary
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service ensuring high levels customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience:
- Good working knowledge of Zendesk
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to start work immediately
This is a temporary position to start as soon as possible. Pay rate is £11.02 per hour plus holiday pay equating to £12.35. The role is based 2 days per week in their Central London office and 3 days per week from home.
