Job Description

Anne Jagger Recruitment are working with a long established, luxury British brand based on Milton Park, Abingdon. We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide a first class customer experience via phone, email and social media; managing customer orders, concerns and complaints in line with company service level agreements.

This is a permanent, full time position working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, in new, modern and air conditioned offices with plenty of free parking.  Hybrid working options (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home) are available if required once full training has been successfully completed. 

The annual salary offered is £21,000 to £25,000 depending on skills and experience plus 26 days annual leave (this includes your birthday off) + bank holidays and staff discounts. 

 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet SLA target for email response, email resolution and customer satisfaction rating
  • Be an Ambassador for a specific area within the customer service team -Providing expertise and knowledge, supporting the customer service team on this area when the need arises
  • Taking orders over the phone on behalf of customers
  • Communicate in line with the brand tone of voice
  • Be proactive and support fellow Customer Service colleagues.
  • Brand Ambassador for the company.
  • Sharing of product knowledge in order to upsell products
  • Answering customer service queries via phone, live chat and email 
  • Accurately enter any customer data i.e. orders/email addresses
  • Support the international team on sample requests

Skills & Qualification:

  • Customer Service experience either in call centre or retail environment
  • Great Communicator – spoken and written
  • IT literate
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work to, and be motivated by, quality control targets
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
