Successful, long established business in the private healthcare sector is looking for a Customer Relationship Advisor. As part of the Customer Care team you will be responsible for speaking to patients, completing stock checks and most importantly ensuring a great customer experience, delivering a personalised service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that all calls are completed to the highest possible standard
- Handle telephone queries
- Input customer orders
- Meet individual daily targets as set by the business
- Flexible to change in order to meet business needs
- Work within regulatory and GDPR requirements
- Administration of orders
- Liaise with doctors surgeries regarding patients prescriptions
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Salary is up to £20,000 pa. Ideal candidates will be passionate about customer care and able to build a genuine rapport with customers. We are looking for candidates who are immediately available.
