Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with a start-up company specialising in the provision of energy and utilities. We are seeking an experienced customer service advisor to join the small and friendly team. You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for the company and represent the brand and image.
- Providing excellent customer service by telephone, email and live chat.
- Ensuring that all customer communication is responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting customers with all queries including troubleshooting and product information.
- Online order management.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases.
- Reporting to Management.
This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous energy or utilities experience. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and show great attention to detail. Knowledge of Zendesk or other online customer service platforms is required in order to be considered for this position.
Based in Moorgate, the annual salary for this permanent position is around £23k - £25k depending on skills and previous experience. The working hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday; however flexibility may be required during busy periods. Immediate starts are available.
