Job Description

We are delighted to be working with our client, an award winning luxury soft furnishing company. They are approaching a very busy period and need assistance in their Customer Service team.

As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be the first point of contact for all customers, representing the brand in every engagement.

Paying £10.77 per hour plus holiday pay (£11.98) and overtime (paid at double time). This is a temporary position for approximately 8 weeks (Permanent opportunities also available). Working from home you will be provided with a laptop but need to have broadband and an appropriate working space. You will treated to Deliveroo vouchers for meal deliveries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide first class service to our customers across the appropriate channel to the customer's needs. These can include Email Tickets, Chat & Callbacks. 99% using digital communication.

Ensure all contact is handled within the business service level agreements (and where possible, exceed customer expectations!). Maintain contact until an issue is resolved

Co ordinate with the ops teams both internally and externally

Be the first point of call for customer complaints. De-escalate and resolve as appropriate

Proactively feedback issues in product, processes and systems

Cross sell and up sell opportunities across all product lines

Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Experience in a customer focused role

Live Chat or Zendesk experience ideal but not essential

The Hours:

Fully remote working but catch up monthly as a team and to socialize. This role will mainly focus on supporting across the peak sales period, including Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas. Shifts and hours:

09:00 - 17:30

11:30 - 20:00

13:30 - 22:00

In addition, you would be expected to work some weekends with a day off in the week and the bank holidays.
