Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with a large bathroom & kitchen chain. We are seeking contact centre agent to join the growing team. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls and emails from customers who have queries and questions with their products or service received,
- Show excellent attention to detail with inbound queries
- Take ownership of queries and solve complaints
- Be an excellent communicator, both written and over the phone
- Work well within the team and show excellent teamwork with reports and admin
- Correspond with customers via e mail, social media and telephone
- Hit targets (non-sales) and achieve KPIs
- Adhere to company policies and compliance at all times
This role would ideally suit a candidate with previous contact centre experience along with administration experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook & the Internet. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and show great attention to detail.
Based in Barnet, the annual salary for this permanent position is £21k. The working hours are 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Immediate starts are available.
