Job Description

Our client, a small, friendly, expanding business within the education sector is seeking a permanent Business Partnership Manager.

This is a hybrid, full time role, working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and offering a salary of up to £45,000 (depending on skills and experience), plus 25 days leave and benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • School Recruitment Management - supporting School Recruitment activity through managing the use of an efficient process from inquiry to sale which leads to us meeting our annual target
  • School Annuity Subscription Management - ensuring that all accredited schools remain interested and renew annually
  • Enterprise Services Management - working with the Commercial Director and CEO to significantly develop the Enterprise portfolio of pay-as-you use services
  • Account Management of Major Clients - supporting the CEO in the accounts management of major clients to ensure they remain committed
  • Organisational Context - Proactive Team Culture, Strong process development, Effective Associates’ Team management, Resource efficiency

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a business/project management strategic role
  • Can display excellent business judgement
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to get things done in a small growing company
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership team

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will have oversight of and responsibility for the management of a portfolio of revenue generation activities and for their contracting and accounts management. 

You will play a key role in helping the company to achieve its revenue targets and hence the role requires careful planning and timely project management as well as the sensitive management of others in the business. Overall, you will be contributing to strategic direction and operational success of the business as a Core Team Member.
