Anne Jagger Recruitment in London is working with a market leader in Home Furnishings and bedding. Based in Central London, we are seeking native German customer service advisors to be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries from the German market. Queries will be via telephone, email, webchat and social media. The main responsibility will be to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Handling a large volume of costumer calls, emails and online chat requests. All in German language
- Commenting on reviews and interacting with German social media channels
- Upselling the business in German where possible
- Processing orders
- Answer all queries in a friendly and helpful manner
- Keeping a solid brand awareness across trustpilot
- Process enquiries and enter all details to bespoke system
- Increase social media presence and tone of voice in Germany
Due to growth, we are recruiting for multiple vacancies with an immediate start. This role will ideally suit a candidate from the customer service or marketing industry. This permanent role will pay around £25k depending on previous skills and experience.
