Our client a luxury interior design brand is looking for a After sales Team member.
As After sales team member you will be supporting in delivering the extra special customer service. Working alongside the team to maintain excellent standards.
After sales and call centre experience is preferred for the role, as are excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering unrivalled customer service and after sales support.
- Answering customer queries in a polite, friendly and timely manner.
- Complaint handling in a positive and professional manner.
- Maintain a full understanding of all product lines and processes.
- Contacting customer to notify them of any changes to their orders or delivery
- Attending company meetings
- Update customer files on the in-house system.
