Our Witney based client is looking for an Administrator to join a small and friendly team and business. Ideal candidates will have previous office administration experience with excellent attention to detail. This is a temporary to permanent role and would suit candidates with excellent data entry/order processing skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Service Contracts
- Purchase invoice processing
- Order processing
- Taking telephone calls and enquiries
- Stationery ordering/stock
- Planning & booking engineer service visits
- Progressing quotes
Required Skills and Experience:
- Excellent administration and data entry skills
- Previous experience of CRM systems and/or Sage an advantage
Initially a temporary assignment, to start ASAP and paying £12 per hour plus holiday pay. If successful the role will be made permanent and offering a salary of £22,000 per annum. This is a full time opportunity, working 35 hours per week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
