Our client, a long established, specialist Training provider based in North London is seeking an Administrator to provide operational support to a busy, friendly team.
This is a varied role in a succesful company, offering good long term career prospects. Starting on a salary of £22,000 per annum the role is predominantly office based. Free parking is available.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails
- Assist the sales team to compile quotations, liaise with clients, and internal personnel
- General maintenance of the database
- Over time develop a good understanding of the training courses provided
Desired skills & experience:
- Administration experience is essential
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook & the Internet
- Enjoy working in a busy environment as part of a team
