Anne Jagger Recruitment are working with a small, friendly family run business in Witney within a niche sector. We are seeking an Administration Support Assistant for a busy admin office in a fully supportive role for both the Business Manager and the Managing Director, for many of the varied main business activities.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Fielding incoming phone calls and correspondence both from our clients locally and worldwide along with suppliers. A confident and friendly telephone manner is essential.
- Making sure that day-to-day office tasks are looked after and actioned smoothly and with a flexible approach.
The ideal candidate will have an experience of woring within a small business in an administrative role. We are looking for an excellent communicator with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
We require good skills and knowledge of Microsoft office applications, including Word and Excel.
This is a full time, permanent role offering a salary between £18,000 to £20,000 depending on skills and experience.
