Our client is looking for a permanent Accounts Clerk to join a small and friendly team and business, based on the outskirts of Witney.
Previous office finance/accounts administration experience with excellent attention to detail is essential, as is competent and recent knowledge of Sage Line 50.
Accounting Duties include:
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Bank Reconciliation
- Basic Monthly Accounts (this is not essential)
- Using Sage and previous recent experience of this is essential
Administration Duties include:
- Checking of orders and prices and getting back to customers
- Booking of couriers
- Answering the phone
- Data entry
Full and part time hours can be considered for this role and working hours can be flexible between 8am and 5.30pm (minimum of 30 hours per week and a maximum of 40 hours), Monday to Friday.
This position is offering an annual salary of up to £25,000 depending on skills and experience.
This is working for a small and friendly team within a local and successful manufacturing business. There is plenty of parking available on site.
