Our client is a construction company based in South Kensington, London. Due to growth they are seeking an Accounts Assistant to work as part of the Finance team carrying out all types of transactional, admin and financial tasks.
- Administrative data management tasks, ensuring all financial documentation is completed and archived correctly
- Purchase order administration
- Data entry on Sage
- Purchase ledger tasks
- Cover for other Finance team members
- Administering data controls e.g. reconciliations
- To undertake filing in association with all finance and administrative documentation
- Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communication and documentation
This role would ideally suit a candidate from the construction industry and with a working knowledge of Sage 50 or Sage 200. The role will pay up to £24k depending on skills and experience. Excellent benefits include progression and advancement opportunities.
