Anne Jagger Recruitment has attained Audited status with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

Our London and Oxford branches were assessed against the requirements of the Employment Agencies Act, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 and the REC’s Code of Professional Practice.

This scheme, run by the REC, the professional body for the UK’s private recruitment industry, is the most comprehensive audit of its kind. It provides successful recruiters with an accreditation that is recognised by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), confirming that the agency is conducting its business both ethically and in accordance with the above requirements.

Anne Jagger specialises in the placement of permanent and temporary staff in business support roles to SME, Educational and Medical sectors headed by business managers Steve Brame and Karen Londesborough

Commenting on achieving REC Audited status, business owner Anne Jagger says:

“This is a fantastic achievement by the teams at both AJR branches and sets out our intentions for 2014 to become a benchmark for high standards of professionalism in the recruitment industry.”

REC chief executive, Kevin Green added:

“Congratulations to Anne Jagger Recruitment for achieving REC Audited status. In doing so they join an elite group of recruitment agencies across the UK that has achieved this high standard.
“This accreditation recognises that we have rigorously audited the business and found that it is performing to the highest professional standards and represents best practice in our sector.”
